About Me
I am a trained psychologist with nine years of experience working in a private practise. Through my work, I have found that integrating therapy and coaching accelerates progress for my clients. I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, as each of them helps to uncover something new about ourselves. The aim of my work is to help individuals find mental and emotional clarity by exploring blocks they are experiencing in now, and finding a root cause of why and when this block was formed. Life can be overwhelming, and exploring your feelings and desired changes is essential for improving overall health and fostering meaningful relationships. I am passionate about guiding people toward positive change and helping them find life satisfaction.

My Approach
It can be challenging to identify which therapy approach best meets your needs. Individuals seeking therapy often wonder how they can maximise their investment in mental well-being while ensuring real, lasting progress. To address these challenges, I have developed a unique, integrated method that combines multiple therapeutic techniques and coaching strategies to support holistic transformation.
-
Resolution of Relational Patterns: Exploring family dynamics helps clients to overcome inherited beliefs and patterns, freeing them from restrictive influences.
-
Goal-Oriented Progress: Coaching provides the support to turn self-insights into meaningful life changes, helping clients build confidence and make consistent strides toward their goals.
-
Faster, Lasting Results: By addressing multiple layers of personal growth simultaneously, clients experience faster, more lasting transformations than with single-method approaches.
If you’re ready to explore therapy in a way that’s both deeply introspective and actively supportive, consider this unique blend of therapeutic methods. Embrace the opportunity for accelerated growth, a better understanding of yourself, and a path toward healing and fulfilment.

What to keep in mind when starting therapy
Therapy is a process
Therapy is a personal journey that helps us deepen our understanding of our needs and emotions. With commitment and consistency, it can lead to meaningful shifts that support greater well-being and happiness. While the process may involve addressing some challenging topics, this openness ultimately creates more lightness and clarity in your life for the long term.
Deep and difficult conversations are integral part of therapy
It’s normal to feel uncomfortable during sessions. Therapy is designed to explore challenging moments that have shaped your thoughts and emotions. Remember, you’re with someone trained to support you, in a space free of judgment. All thoughts and feelings are welcome and expressing them openly helps you release what no longer serves your happiness.
Think about your goals
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, but having a sense of where you’d like to begin can be helpful. Often, therapy reveals that many of our concerns are interwoven, allowing you to choose which thread to explore first. Whether you're working through anxiety or seeking more direction in life, everyone’s goals in therapy are unique. Remember, there’s no “right” reason to start therapy.
Stay connected
After therapy sessions, you may find a lot coming up—questions, reflections, or new insights. Keeping a notebook can help you track these thoughts and stay engaged in the process, strengthening the connection between you and your therapist. Your honest feedback is essential for making meaningful progress together.
